The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with good views of the hills behind the railway station. We were given a superior king room, it was cosy and updated. The excellent service and the attention to detail! The location in a downtown area was marvellous. Also, Bispham Parish Church was 2 km away from the property.

The hotel had particularly good and stunning location right by harbour, the ferry terminal and train and sea port. The breakfast was satisfactory with good coffee and cheese, for example and had something for everyone.

Loved how quaint the property was. Had particularly good location in perfect area for short stop over, extremely close to Place Puget. Moreover, it was near the ferry terminal which was great, directly opposite train station and the harbor.

The property is very clean and superior. Comfortable beds & functional rooms. All in all nice location. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a great selection of restaurants, went to Pizzeria Taormina couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.
